1- Those who want to participate in open auction must have to pay amount on spot to qualify for the auction in shape of demand-draft or pay-order in favor of “LDA UD-Wing” in both of allied Bank Limited booth, the amount is refundable to all except to the person who will offer highest price for that plot.

2- It is mandatory to bring 3 certified national id card copies to participate in the auction

3- The successful person can pay one third amount of commercial plot on the spot in shape of cash or pay-order or within 7 days of auction including off days failing to which could be lead towards cancellation of auction and the person will lose the right to initial deposited amount.

4- The successful person will have to deposit remaining two third amount within 30 days after approval of authority in the shape of cash or pay order

5- The Plots offered are on the basis of “as is, where is”, “Jahan ha, Jesa ha”

6- Authority reserves the right to decline any offer without informing

7- Authority will try to finalize the auctioned plots within 60 days of auction

8- Interested persons can appoint any third person to participate on their behalf

9- Those who represents any firm, company or group must present authority letter or board’s resolution on spot

10- Other conditions will be updated at the time of auction

11- Successful persons of auction will be liable to oblige all terms and conditions

12- As per government policies, successful persons must have to pay advance income tax and any other taxes as per law
