Johar Town Commercial Plots for sale by LDA
LDA (Lahore Development Authority) has announced the sale of Commercial Plots in Johar Town area located in Finance and Trade Center Johar
Town and 1 Commercial Plot in Block B Johar Town. Overall, there are 5 commercial
plots available for sale in Johar Town.
Terms and conditions to qualify for open auction:
1- Those who want to participate in open auction must have to pay amount on spot to qualify for the auction in shape of demand-draft or pay-order in favor of “LDA UD-Wing” in both of allied Bank Limited booth, the amount is refundable to all except to the person who will offer highest price for that plot.
2- It is mandatory to bring 3 certified national id card copies to participate in the auction
3- The successful person can pay 20% amount (including initially deposited amount) within 20 days of auction.
4- If the total amount of auctioned plot is between 250 million to 1 billion, the successful person can deposit remaining amount in 4 equal quarterly installments or by 8 equal quarterly installments if the amount exceeds 1 billion rupees.
5- The Plots offered are on the basis of “as is, where is”, “Jahan ha, Jesa ha
6- Authority reserves the right to decline any offer without informing
7- Authority will try to finalize the auctioned plots within 60 days of auction
8- Interested persons can appoint any third person to participate on their behalf
9- Those who represents any firm, company or group must present authority letter or board’s resolution on spot
10- Other conditions will be updated at the time of auction
11- Successful persons of auction will be liable to oblige all terms and conditions
12- As per government policies, successful persons must have to pay advance income tax and any other taxes as per law
The plots will be sold via open auction to be held on 29th
June 2020 on 10:00 AM morning in 239/A LDA community center, Ayubiya Market,
New Muslim Town Lahore.
