OGDC (Oil & Gas Development Corporation) Employees Cooperative Housing Society of Islamabad is registered with 1925 Act, the society was initiated with aim to cover housing needs of Oil & Gas Department of Pakistan. OGDC (registered) Employees Cooperative Housing Scheme Annual General Meeting will be held on 7th March 2015 on 11:30 AM Morning on OGDC Town Site, Mazu Karlote, near Chattar Park on Main Murree Road, Rawalpindi. The authorities have requested to all members to participate in OGDC Town Islamabad AGM 2015.

Discuss Annual Audit Reports from 2009 to 2014

Review Financial Expenses

Enrollment of new members and discussion of about members who want to leave membership

Approval of increment in Possession Fee (up to 40,000)

Approval of increment in Open File from 8000 to 15000

Appointment of new employees for Society

Approval of increment in pay scale of employees of Society

Possession Ceremony to allot plots who have cleared payments and other charges

Cancellation of Plots of those members who failed to pay their dues and reallocation of plots to other members
